RETURN POLICY
  • We accept returns only in case of damage in transit , defects and incorrect products.
  • In case of damage / incorrect product, we can provide a replacement of the same product or refund you for the same.
  • Please submit your return request at customercare.krasivaaccessories@gmail.com within 2 days of the delivery.


Steps to make a return -

  1. Please submit your request along with a picture of the damaged / incorrect product within 2 days of the delivery.
  2. Once we receive the image of the damaged / incorrect product, it will be reviewed by our team and it is up to the discretion of the Krasiva Accessories to decide whether the product is approved for return.
  3. Once the return is approved from our side, we will arrange a pick-up for the collection of the product.
  4. Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product or initiate the refund process back into your bank account.


Note - We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified in prior.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We do size exchanges in case a product doesn't fit you. Please connect with us on our customer care number for assistance.
  • Please submit your exchange request at customercare.krasivaaccessories@gmail.com within 2 days of the delivery.



REFUND POLICY

  • We provide refund only in case of damage in transit , defects and incorrect products.
  • We do not provide any refunds in case of incorrect delivery address.
  • We do not provide refunds for products returned in a used condition.
  • We do not provide refunds for slight variations in color and design . Please note all our products are completely handcrafted hence there may be slight variations.
